I cannot purchase with Paga and Received Error-1

Hi Codashopper! 

We apologize for the inconvenience of your purchase with the Paga payment. Please read the below details for the Error-1 with Paga purchase on Coda. 

Paga_Error1.png You will see Error-1 when your Paga transaction exceeded the daily limit from Paga. 
Error-1 from the Paga payment is related to the daily transaction limit reached, and you can find the daily transaction limit detail below :
  • KYC 1: daily transaction limit = N50,000
  • KYC 2: daily transaction limit = N200,000
  • KYC 3: daily transaction limit = N5,000,000
Note
KYC limit applies to all transactions performed via the customer's Paga account (not only for Coda transactions). 
 
If you want to upgrade your KYC level, you can request Paga customer service through kyc@mypaga.com 
Below are the requirements to apply for KYC level upgrade; 
 

KYC 2

Transaction limit - N200,000 per day

KYC 3 (highest level) 

Transaction Limit - N5,000.000 per day 

Required documents

  • Full Name
  • Phone number 
  • Date and place of birth 
  • Gender 
  • Home Address 
  • ID card and ID number (Current International Passport, Current Driving Licence, or National Identity Card. 
  • Scan copy of passport photograph 
  • BVN (Bank Verification Number)

  • Proof of Address
  • ID card and ID number (Current International Passport, Current Driving Licence, or National Identity Card.
